Membership :
Authors should pay either membership subscription (Annual or Life or Fellow membership) or processing fees. We wish that all authors should be at least annual members of the journal. Fellow members or life members are given preference in early publication of manuscript after approval of their manuscripts from experts. In case authors do not wish to be members, then they should pay processing fees while submitting the manuscript. Please note that membership subscription or processing fees will not be returned or refunded if your manuscript is rejected. Membership subscription or processing fees is a must while submitting the manuscript otherwise it will not be processed. There are no other hidden charges.
Author who is annual member can submit three manuscripts in one year. Authors who are life or fellow members can submit any number of manuscript in a year. Annual member should get their membership renewed one month before expiry. Authors who are members should see that their co-authors should become members of journal or they should pay processing fees as per our policy.
While submitting the membership subscription, please submit membership form as well.
Processing fees:
- Fellow members and Life members of the journal are exempted from paying processing fees.
- Annual members should pay processing fees if their annual membership has expired.
- If one of the author is member (Fellow or Life or Annual) , and if other authors are not members, then other authors should either become members or other authors should pay processing fees of Rs. 2000/- for Indians residing in India or US $ 200 for everyone residing out of India.
- If there are three authors (including member), then any one co-author should pay processing fees of Rs. 2000/- for Indians residing in India or US $ 200 for everyone residing out of India..
- If there are more than three authors(including member), then any two co-authors should pay processing fees of Rs. 4000/- for Indians residing in India or US $ 400 for everyone residing out of India. If there are more than six authors then processing fees of Rs. 6000/- for Indians residing in India or US $ 600 for everyone residing out of India will be applicable.

Here one gets the journal for whole of the life and one can use the title "FICDM" Fellow Member, International Congress of Disaster Management. For example - Dr. S.K.Smith, Ph.D., FICDM In addition, Fellow Members are exempted from paying the Registration fees for attending the conferences of Disaster Advances for all the time. |

2. Life Membership : |
|
Here one gets the journal for whole of the life and one can use the title "AICDM" Associate Member , International Congress of Disaster Management. For example - Dr. A. Booth, Ph.D., AICDM |

3. Annual Membership : |
|
Here one gets four issues of the journal per year for annual membership. Please send your membership subscription in name of " Disaster Advances " in Rupees by draft / cheque / money order payable at Indore. International members can send the subscription in US $ or equivalent currency by electronic transfer through your bank or by western union or by paypal.We will provide details on hearing from you. |
